When do you use a delivery note with proof of receipt?
If you deliver goods and need a signed proof of receipt straight away, this form book is the solution. It combines a delivery note for your own administration with a proof of receipt that the customer can keep. This prevents disputes about delivered goods and ensures a professional handling of your deliveries.

Why choose this self-copying system?
Thanks to the self-copying function, you don't need to write twice. What you note on the first sheet automatically appears on the second sheet. The book contains 2 x 40 sheets, which means you have 40 complete delivery notes with matching proofs of receipt. Both sheets are pre-printed with all the necessary fields.

Practical carbonless system without carbon paper
The carbonless system works without separate carbon paper. You simply write with a pen on the first sheet, and the text automatically appears legibly on the sheet underneath. This keeps your hands clean and prevents stains on clothing or other documents.

Smart details for everyday use
Each sheet has microperforation for easy tearing out and punched holes for orderly storage in a ring binder. The book includes a foldable writing support, so you always have a firm surface, even when you need to write on site at the customer's premises. The A4 format fits standard folders and bags.
