When do you need a delivery note with proof of receipt?
Use this form book when you deliver goods to customers and want to record proof of receipt at the same time. By combining the delivery note and proof of receipt in one form, you streamline the delivery process and keep all the necessary administration up to date straight away.

Why choose the A5 format?
The A5 format offers the ideal balance between overview and handiness. You have enough space for all delivery details without the form becoming too large for practical use. This compact format easily fits in a delivery folder or alongside the goods themselves.

How does the carbon copy system work?
With the blue carbon paper, you automatically transfer the writing to the second sheet. The first and second sheets are both printed, so you immediately have two identical copies. The microperforation lets you tear the forms neatly out of the book without ragged edges, while the punched holes for filing allow for direct archiving.

Practical application of the 2 × 50 sheet layout
The book contains 100 loose forms divided into two blocks of 50 sheets. This division keeps the book well balanced during use and prevents it from becoming too thick. You can work systematically through both blocks, which is especially useful for regular deliveries where you want to maintain clear numbering.
