When do you choose this product?
What does this form book do?
The sigel form book Quittung SD023 is a self-copying receipt book for issuing receipts and proofs of payment. With this book you make several copies of each transaction in one go, without needing any additional carbon paper. It is specially designed for businesses that must provide handwritten proof of payment.
Why the A6 landscape format is useful
The A6 landscape format offers enough space for all the essential details of a receipt, while remaining compact enough to take along easily or keep on a counter. The landscape orientation gives you more writing space across the width, which is practical for entering amounts, descriptions and VAT details.
Self-copying functionality
Thanks to its self-copying feature, you automatically write through to the sheets underneath without carbon paper. The first and second sheets are both printed, so you immediately have legible copies for both the customer and your own records. The security print prevents unwanted alterations afterwards.
Practical details for use
Each sheet has both microperforation and punched holes for filing. The microperforation allows you to tear off receipts neatly, while the punched holes make it possible to keep copies in a ring binder. With 3 x 40 sheets, you have a total of 40 receipt sets, with each form consisting of three copies for complete record-keeping.
