What does this form book do?
This Sigel form book has been specially developed for the construction and trades sector to record professional reports. The self-copying system means you automatically get a carbon-free copy of every completed page, with no need for carbon paper. This is ideal for situations where you need to leave a copy with the client and keep one for yourself.

Why choose this A5 format?
The A5 format offers the perfect balance between writing space and portability. You have enough room for detailed reporting, yet the book still fits easily in your work bag or toolbox. With 2 × 40 sheets, you have enough forms for a longer period without the book becoming too thick.

Practical features for professionals
Every form includes a specially designed signature field for both the client and the contractor, ensuring clear agreements and responsibilities. The micro-perforation makes it easy to tear off pages neatly, while the filing holes allow you to archive your copies in an orderly way.

Handy work tip
The book has an integrated folding writing base, so you always have a stable surface, even when you need to write on site without a desk. This prevents indentations and ensures a clean copy. Please note: this form book is the successor to model RP610, so you can keep the same workflow if you were used to that model.
