When do you need a report/job log form book?
Use this form book to record work carried out, progress and findings during projects or assignments. It is essential when you want to professionally document what has been done and by whom, with space for signatures from both the client and the contractor.

Why choose the A5 format?
The A5 format offers the ideal balance between writing space and handiness. You have enough room for detailed reporting, while the book remains compact enough to take along to different work locations. With 100 sheets, you have sufficient forms in stock for a longer period.

Advantages of the blue paper version
The blue paper ensures clear recognition and a professional appearance for your documents. This colour stands out from ordinary white forms and gives your reports a formal character that is suitable for official documentation.

Practical working advantages through smart perforation
Each sheet is fitted with abheftlochung and microperforation. The abheftlochung means you can store the forms directly in a ring binder without punching them yourself. The microperforation allows you to neatly tear copies out of the book when you need to leave a copy with the client, while the original stays in your book.
