Handy form book for your weekly report: note materials, working hours and leave days neatly on every sheet. Thanks to the carbonless copy function and micro-perforation you work quickly and tidily, with space for the signatures of the contractor and client.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This form book is specially designed for keeping work reports and weekly records. You use it to systematically record materials used, equipment deployment, working hours and absences due to illness or holiday. The book contains pre-printed fields where both the client and the contractor can sign for official approval.
Why choose the A5 landscape format?
The A5 landscape format offers the ideal balance between compactness and overview. You can easily take it to different work locations, while the width provides enough space to enter detailed information on material consumption and working hours. This format fits in most work bags and clipboards.
Advantage of blue paper and microperforation
The blue paper ensures a professional appearance and good legibility of handwritten text. Each sheet has both ring binder holes and microperforation, making you flexible in use. You can neatly tear out sheets for archiving or leave them in the book for a complete overview.
Practical tip for use
With 100 sheets you are well provided for regular reporting. Thanks to the systematic layout with fixed fields for signatures of both parties, you create reliable administration. Store torn-out reports chronologically in a ring binder for easy retrieval during inspections or invoicing.
