When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
The Sigel rental agreement form MV469 is a standard lease agreement for the rental of residential property. The form contains all the necessary clauses and conditions you need to draw up a legally valid rental agreement. With this pre-printed contract, you can easily arrange the rental of apartments, houses or other residential property.
Why this A4 six-sided format?
The six-sided A4 format offers enough space for all essential rental terms without making the contract unnecessarily lengthy. This gives you a clear document that covers all the important aspects of the rental agreement, from rent and payment terms to maintenance obligations and house rules.
Current legislation from June 2015
This form complies with the Mietnovellierungsgesetz of June 2015 and automatically includes house rules. You don't need to worry about outdated clauses or missing legal requirements, as the contract has been adapted to the applicable regulations for residential letting.
Practical packaging for landlords
With 25 sheets per pack, you have enough stock for multiple tenancies. This is ideal if you regularly enter into new rental agreements or if you manage several properties as a landlord. The standardised Einheitsmietvertrag ensures consistency across your contracts and saves time when drawing up new rental agreements.
