When do you need an invoice folder?
An invoice folder is used to keep invoices, receipts and other important administrative documents organised. This type of folder prevents you from losing paperwork and keeps your financial administration clear and tidy.

Why choose this compact format?
With dimensions of 130×10×230 mm, this folder is specifically designed for standard invoice sizes and A5 documents. The compact format makes it ideal for use in drawers, archive boxes, or for taking along to your bookkeeper or accountant.

Polyurethane for durability
This invoice folder is made of polyurethane plastic, a material that withstands daily use and does not tear like cardboard folders. The anthracite colour looks professional and blends in easily in office environments, while the material resists stains and dirt well.

Handy layout with two compartments
The folder contains two insert compartments that let you separate different types of documents. For example, you can keep outstanding invoices in one compartment and paid invoices in the other, or sort invoices by month or supplier. This prevents papers from getting mixed up and saves time when searching for specific documents.
