When should you choose an archive container?
An archive container is used to store documents, files and other office supplies for the long term. This type of storage box is ideal when you need regular access to your archive, but do not use the contents on a daily basis. The front lid makes it possible to reach the contents quickly without having to move the entire box.

Why this size is the right choice
With external dimensions of 340 x 520 x 330 mm and internal dimensions of 325 x 504 x 305 mm, this container offers enough space for A4 documents and standard suspension files. The size is compact enough to place efficiently on shelves, yet large enough to hold a good quantity of paperwork. You get 10 pieces straight away, which is handy for setting up a complete archiving system.

Sturdy construction for long-term use
This archive container is made from double-walled corrugated cardboard with an extra central support. This construction ensures the box keeps its shape, even when stacked or stored for long periods. The grey cardboard is neutral in colour and suits any office environment. The sturdy construction prevents the box from sagging under the weight of documents.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
Preferably place the containers in dry locations and avoid direct sunlight to extend their lifespan. Thanks to the front lid, you can easily attach labels for a clear archiving system. Stack no more than three boxes on top of each other to prevent deformation, and make sure you can still comfortably reach the bottom boxes.
