What does a highlighter do and when do you need one?
A highlighter is used to mark important text in documents, books or notes so that it stands out. This is indispensable when studying material, working through contracts or preparing presentations. The green colour is ideal when you want to use different colours to categorise information.

Why choose two line widths in one pen?
This STABILO Boss has two different line widths: 2.0 mm and 5.0 mm. With the narrow 2.0 mm side you can mark individual words or small pieces of text precisely. The broad 5.0 mm side is used to mark entire sentences or paragraphs in one go. This saves time, as you don't need multiple pens.

How does the Anti-Dry-Out technology work?
The Anti-Dry-Out technology ensures that the pen won't dry out for up to 4 hours, even if you forget to put the cap back on. This prevents frustration when you briefly set the cap down while working and forget to replace it. The water-based ink therefore dries out much more slowly than with ordinary highlighters.

Practical tip for use
Thanks to the wedge-shaped tip, you get a narrow line with light pressure and a broader marking with more pressure. Always test first on an unimportant piece of text to check whether the ink bleeds through to the other side of the paper, especially with thin paper. Store the pen horizontally for the best ink shelf life.
