When do you need a highlighter?
You use a highlighter to mark important text in documents, books or notes. The STABILO BOSS ORIGINAL in soft orange is ideal when you want a subtle pastel colour that is less conspicuous than bright colours, yet still offers enough contrast for clear highlighting.

Why choose this wedge-tip variant?
The wedge-shaped tip gives you flexibility in your highlighting. With the broad edge you make strokes of 5.0 mm for highlighting whole sentences or paragraphs. By holding the tip at an angle you get thinner lines of 2.0 mm, perfect for highlighting single words or for making notes in narrow margins.

Refillable for long-term use
This highlighter is refillable with water-based ink, so you can keep using it for years. This makes it more economical than disposable versions and better for the environment. The water-based ink ensures that your highlighting does not bleed through the paper under normal use.

Practical feature: stays usable for a long time
A major advantage is that the pen can be left uncapped for up to 4 hours without drying out – this means you can leave the cap off for 4 hours without the tip drying up. This is handy during intensive study sessions or long work periods when you highlight regularly. For the best lifespan, you can always replace the cap immediately after use.
