When do you choose this product?
When do you need pastel pencils?
Pastel pencils such as the STABILO CarbOthello combine the soft texture of pastels with the convenience of a pencil shape. You choose this type of drawing material when you want to create soft, flowing transitions in your artworks or when you want to apply different colouring techniques without getting your hands dirty.
Why this set of 48?
With 48 different colours, you have an extensive colour palette at your disposal for varied art projects. The metal case in ARTY design ensures that you can store and transport all the pencils neatly and safely, ideal for artists who are often on the move or work in different spaces.
Versatile blending techniques possible
These pastel pencils can be blended dry and are erasable, which means you can mix colours without water or other aids. You can create soft transitions by layering colours over one another. A special feature is that they are partially erasable while the outlines remain visible, so you keep structure in your drawing.
Practical tips for use
The pencils have a lead diameter of 4.4 mm and are 175 mm long, which ensures a comfortable grip while drawing. The metal case contains not only the 48 pencils but also an eraser and pencil sharpener, so you can start straight away. Store the pencils horizontally in the case to keep the tips in good condition and prevent them from breaking.
