When do you need an ergonomic coloured pencil?
The STABILO EASYcolors has been specially developed for children who are just learning to draw and colour. The triangular design supports the natural finger position and helps develop a good pencil grip. This coloured pencil is ideal when your child has difficulty holding ordinary round pencils or when you want to encourage drawing skills.

Why choose the right-handed variant?
This pencil is specifically designed for right-handed users, with grip areas that sit exactly in the right places for a right hand. The anti-slip grooves are strategically positioned to prevent small fingers from slipping while colouring. For left-handed children, STABILO offers a separate variant with differently positioned grip zones.

What makes the 4.2 mm lead special?
The thick 4.2 mm colour lead is sturdier than standard pencils and breaks less easily, even with enthusiastic use by children. The dark ochre colour matches the barrel colour, so you can see at a glance which colour you are using. This thick lead gives rich colour coverage and is perfect for both colouring in large areas and drawing details.

Practical details for everyday use
The pencil measures 175 mm in length, which feels comfortable in small hands. The included name label helps prevent the pencil from getting lost at school or at home. You can use this pencil together with other colours from the EASYcolors range to build a complete set.
