When do you need a fountain pen for left-handers?
Left-handed children often struggle with writing because standard fountain pens are not adapted to their natural writing posture. The STABILO EASYbirdy L has been specially developed as an ergonomic school fountain pen for left-handers, making it much more comfortable to learn to write.

Why this specific left-handed version?
This fountain pen has an adjustable nib angle that you can adapt to the writing posture of left-handers. The anti-slip grip zone ensures your fingers don't slide off while writing, which is especially important for children who are still developing their writing technique.

What makes the nib special?
The fountain pen has a protected nib for extra safety. This means the nib is firmly built in and less likely to be damaged, even with intensive use by children who are still learning to control their pressure while writing.

Practical details for everyday use
You can always see how much ink is left thanks to the transparent window on the side. The fountain pen is supplied with one royal blue ink cartridge, so you can start writing straight away.
