Who is this learning pencil suitable for?
This ergonomic triangular pencil has been specially developed for right-handed users who are learning to write. The STABILO Easy Graph R helps children develop the correct pencil grip thanks to its thoughtful triangular design, which sits naturally in the hand.

Why choose this HB hardness?
HB hardness is the ideal middle ground for pupils developing their writing skills. This degree of hardness offers enough resistance to keep control of the pencil, while still writing smoothly enough to create lines and letters effortlessly. It prevents beginner writers from pressing too hard or writing too lightly.

What makes the grip so effective?
The anti-slip grip zones ensure that your fingers automatically land in the right place and stay there, even during prolonged use. This prevents the pencil from twisting in the hand and helps build muscle strength and control in the fingers. The triangular shape supports the natural tripod grip.

Practical benefit of the 3.15 mm lead
The extra thick 3.15 mm lead breaks less easily than standard pencil leads, which is ideal for children who are still learning how much pressure to apply. The name field on the pencil ensures it doesn't get lost in the classroom. This sturdy lead also means fewer interruptions for sharpening during practice.
