When do you choose this product?
When should you choose pastel pencils?
Pastel pencils are ideal for artistic drawings where you want to create soft, beautiful colour transitions. You can blend and smudge them dry for subtle effects, while the outlines remain visible. These CarbOthello pencils combine the benefits of pastels with the control of a pencil.
Why this 36-piece set?
With 36 different colours, you have an extensive base for all kinds of artworks. The set includes everything from basic colours such as titanium white and neutral black to specific shades such as Prussian blue and emerald green. This wide colour range gives you the freedom to work on portraits, landscapes or abstract art without limitations.
How do these pencils work in practice?
The 4.4 mm thick lead provides broad, soft strokes that you can easily blend and smudge. With a length of 175 mm, they sit comfortably in your hand during longer drawing sessions. The dry blending process means you can start working straight away without waiting times, while your original lines remain visible.
Practical storage tip
The metal tin in ARTY design keeps your pencils neatly organised and protects the tips from damage. By storing the colours sorted according to the label, you can quickly find the right shade and keep track of your colour palette while you work.
