When do you need a metal ruler?
A metal ruler is indispensable when you need precision and durability when measuring and drawing. This STAEDTLER 30-centimetre aluminium ruler is ideal for technical drawing, craft projects and professional use where ordinary plastic rulers are too weak or inaccurate.

Why choose 30 centimetres of aluminium?
The 300 mm length gives you the perfect balance between manageability and measuring range for most drawing tasks. Aluminium is lighter than steel but stronger than plastic, so this ruler withstands daily use without warping or breaking when cutting along the edge.

Engraved millimetre scale for lasting accuracy
The millimetre graduations are embossed into the aluminium, meaning the markings cannot wear off or fade like printed scales. This engraved graduation stays clearly legible for years, even with intensive use. The ink-proof edge ensures that ink does not run under the ruler while you draw.

Practical stability during use
The anti-slip strip on the underside prevents the ruler from sliding while you measure or draw. This gives you more control and accuracy, especially when using it as a cutting ruler. The ruler is supplied in a hanging packaging, which is handy for storage in workshops or drawing locations where overview is important.
