When do you choose this product?
When do you need professional colouring pencils?
These STAEDTLER Design Journey colouring pencils have been specially developed for artists and creatives who work with various dry techniques. Whether you are making illustrations, sketching or carrying out colour studies, these pencils offer the flexibility you need for professional work.
Why choose this 12-piece set?
With 12 carefully selected colours, you get a complete basic colour palette in one handy metal tin. The colours range from primary shades such as yellow, red and blue to subtle nuances such as peach and russet. This selection gives you enough variety for most creative projects.
Advantages of the soft 2.9 mm lead
The soft lead with a diameter of 2.9 mm delivers intense, highly pigmented colours that are easy to blend. This means you can build up colour smoothly and create different visual effects by layering colours over one another. The soft texture also makes it possible to create both fine details and large areas of colour.
Practical benefits of the hexagonal shape
The hexagonal shape of the pencils prevents them from rolling off your worktable, which is especially useful during longer creative sessions. The metal tin protects your pencils and keeps them organised, so you can easily take them to different workspaces or studios.
