When do you choose this product?
When do you use wax crayons?
Wax crayons are ideal for children who are just starting to draw and colour. These crayons are specially designed for small hands and offer more grip than ordinary colouring pencils. You mainly use them in nursery school, at primary school or at home for creative activities where sturdiness is more important than fine detail.
Why choose this thick variant?
With a diameter of 14 mm, these Noris junior wax crayons are extra thick, making them perfectly suited to the motor development of young children. The hexagonal shape prevents them from rolling off the table and ensures a natural pencil grip. With a length of 125 mm, they fit comfortably in children's hands without being too heavy.
Extra sturdy for intensive use
These crayons are made extra break-resistant, which is crucial with intensive use by children. Wax crayons are naturally softer than ordinary colouring pencils, so they can break easily. STAEDTLER has reinforced this version so that it is better able to withstand drops and firm pressure while drawing.
Complete set with a handy extra
The set contains 12 different colours: yellow, red, magenta, blue, light blue, orange, peach, green, yellow-green, violet, brown and black. The set also comes with a scraper, which you can use to edit drawings or mix colours. The paper sleeve around each crayon keeps your hands clean while colouring.
