When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This writing set from STAEDTLER is designed for anyone looking for a complete starter kit for writing and drawing. You get two pencils, an eraser and a pencil sharpener in one set, so you don't have to look for separate items. This makes the set suitable as basic equipment for school, office or home use.
Why this version?
The pencils in this set have an asymmetrically flattened shape instead of the usual round or hexagonal shape. This gives a different grip in the hand, which can be especially comfortable if you write or draw for longer periods. The pencils feature a Soft-Grip surface, which improves grip while writing.
Lead hardness
The pencils have a lead strength of 3.0 mm with an HB hardness. HB is a medium hardness: not so hard that you write light and faint, but not so soft that the lines fade quickly or the pencil wears down fast. This hardness is a versatile choice for general writing and drawing, without opting for a specific extra-hard or extra-soft variant.
Practical and complete
Because the set includes an eraser and a pencil sharpener alongside the pencils, you don't need to look for these accessories separately. This is handy if you're giving the set as a gift or as a starter kit for, for example,
