This is why Dex likes this article
These brush tip pens are ideal for portrait sketches and fine colour accents. The permanent, waterproof ink won't bleed through your paper and dries quickly, so you can keep working without smudges. Plus, with 97% recycled plastic, you're making a slightly more conscious choice.
When do you choose this product?
What are Pigment Brush pens and when do you use them?
Pigment Brush pens are markers with a flexible brush tip that you use for drawing, illustrating and hand lettering. The brush tip lets you create both fine lines and broad strokes by varying the pressure and angle. You need these pens when you want to draw with variable line thickness or when you are working on artistic projects that require a lot of colour detail.
Why choose Portrait Colours in a set of 12?
This Portrait Colours set contains specially selected colours that are ideal for drawing portraits and skin tones. With 12 different shades you have enough colour variation to create realistic portraits without having to mix. The cardboard case keeps all the pens neatly together, which is handy when you are on the go or in your workspace.
Permanent Multi Ink technology
These pens use Multi Ink, which is permanent and waterproof once the ink has dried. The ink dries quickly, so you don't have to wait long before carrying on with your work. A major advantage is that the ink doesn't bleed through to the back of the paper or spread out, so your drawing stays sharp and free of smudges.
Durable and practical in use
The barrel of these pens is made up of 97% recycled plastic, a conscious choice for the environment. The brush tip allows you to use different techniques: hold the pen upright for fine lines and at an angle for broad areas. Store the pens horizontally in the supplied case to prevent the ink from settling to one side.
