What does foil tape do and when do you need it?
Foil tape is a versatile tape for repairs and fixings where strength is important. You use it when ordinary tape isn't holding well enough, such as when repairing sails, sealing pipes or reinforcing packaging. This tape solves problems where you need a strong, durable bond.

Why a 50 mm width is the right choice
With a width of 50 mm, this tape covers a large area, so you can repair bigger tears or seams in one go. The width provides more adhesive strength than narrower versions, which is especially useful for heavier repair work. For smaller jobs, you can easily make the tape narrower by tearing it lengthways.

Fabric reinforcement for extra strength
The fabric-reinforced material makes this tape particularly strong and tear-resistant. Thanks to the woven fibres, the tape withstands tensile forces that would tear ordinary tape. At the same time, you can tear the tape by hand along the woven structure, which means you can work without scissors or a knife.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use
This foil tape is highly weather-resistant, so you can use it both indoors and outdoors. It holds up under various weather conditions without its adhesive strength diminishing. For quick repairs to, for example, garden tools, gutters or outdoor lighting, this tape is therefore very suitable.
