When do you need insulating tape?
Insulating tape is used for safely insulating and repairing electrical wiring. This tesa insulating tape offers reliable protection against electrical voltage and is indispensable for electrical repairs, connecting cabling or repairing damaged wires. You can use it both professionally and for DIY jobs around the home.

Why choose this 15 mm width?
With a width of 15 mm and a length of 10 metres, this size provides sufficient material for most electrical applications. The 15 mm width ensures adequate coverage of standard electrical wires and connections, while the 10-metre roll allows you to carry out multiple repairs without needing a new roll soon.

Safe protection up to 7,000 volts
This tesa insulating tape protects you safely against voltages up to 7,000 volts, which is more than sufficient for domestic and most professional applications. The material is also flame-retardant, adding an extra safety feature to electrical work. The white colour makes it easy to recognise insulated connections.

Practical benefits in use
Thanks to its heat resistance up to 90°C, the tape continues to adhere well even in warm conditions. The material wraps around easily, even around uneven surfaces such as cable joints of varying thicknesses. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the tape for optimal adhesion.
