When do you need an active stool?
A stool such as the Topstar Sitness RS Bob is ideal when you want to sit consciously and activate your core muscles while working. This type of seating supports a dynamic sitting posture and is perfect for workplaces where you regularly want to change position or have short work periods.

Why choose this size and this finish?
With dimensions of 385 x 385 mm, this stool offers a compact seat surface that suits most users. The red/black colour combination in 'Lotos' artificial leather with two-tone stitching gives a modern look that fits well in contemporary office environments. The artificial leather material is practical because it is easy to clean.

How does movement-based sitting work?
The horizontal rocking effect is made possible by a movable ring element made of TPU material. This means that while you sit, you make small movements that keep your muscles active and promote blood circulation. The footrest in black aluminium provides a stable base for these movements.

Practical considerations for everyday use
The stool is suitable for users up to 110 kg and has a steplessly adjustable seat height of 440 to 570 mm. This height range makes it possible to adjust the stool to different desks and body types. When purchasing, bear in mind that this type of seating requires an active sitting posture and may take some getting used to if you are accustomed to traditional office chairs. This seating solution works best in combination with a desk whose height matches the adjustable range of the stool.
