This dynamic stool keeps you active while you work through the 3D movements that improve your posture. The height-adjustable seat adapts to any workspace.
When do you choose this product?
This stool is designed for workstations where you regularly switch between sitting and standing, such as at high tables or workbenches. The Sitness H1 supports an active sitting posture thanks to its unique three-dimensional range of motion, keeping your pelvis and back muscles continuously engaged while you sit.
Why this height and shape?
With a height range of 570 to 770 mm, this stool adapts to different workstations. The triangular 350 x 350 mm seat provides optimal support for your pelvic bones, while the compact dimensions make it easy to move and turn during your tasks.
Stable base with a flexible seat
The black-lacquered gas spring allows smooth height adjustment via the lever under the seat, while the 350 mm base diameter offers sufficient stability for the 110 kg load capacity. The polyester upholstery is practical to maintain, and the blue TPU foot ring prevents scratches on your floor when you move the stool.
Practical tip for use
Adjust the seat height so that your feet rest flat on the floor or on a footrest. The three-dimensional movement works best when you give your body the freedom to move naturally. Try not to sit still; let the stool move with your body for optimal support of your posture.
