When should you choose a sit-stand desk?
A sit-stand desk is essential if you work long days and want to switch regularly between sitting and standing. This helps prevent back problems and boosts your energy levels during the working day. The electric height adjustment makes it easy to switch quickly between different working positions without any hassle.

Why these 1200×800 mm dimensions?
The 1200×800 mm worktop offers enough space for a laptop or desktop with monitor, keyboard and mouse, plus a few documents. This size fits well in most office and home working spaces without taking up too much room. The 25 mm thick melamine coating ensures a sturdy and durable work surface.

Reliable electric adjustment with Bosch motor
The twin-motor Bosch drive guarantees smooth and stable height adjustment. With a lifting capacity of 80 kg, the desk moves up and down effortlessly, even with a fully loaded workstation. The maximum load capacity of 100 kg means you can safely place multiple monitors, a laptop and other equipment on it.

Practical tips for optimal use
The black frame pairs well with the maple-coloured worktop, so the desk suits a variety of interior styles. Make sure there is enough space above the desk for its highest position, and place it near a power socket for the electrical connection. Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day for the best health benefits.
