What does a sit-stool do and when do you need one?
A sit-stool offers an alternative to traditional office chairs and encourages a more active sitting posture. You use this type of seating when you want to sit dynamically while working, studying or doing other activities where you regularly want to change position. The stool prevents you from sitting in the same position for too long.

Why choose this saddle-shaped model?
The Sitness 4D Move has a saddle-shaped seat of 375 x 360 mm that improves your pelvic position and activates your core muscles. Thanks to the saddle-shaped design, you automatically sit more upright than on an ordinary chair. The upholstery with comfortable padding ensures that you sit comfortably even during short periods of sitting.

Height adjustment suits different body heights
With the height adjustment from 530 to 640 mm, this stool suits different body heights and workstations. You can easily adjust the seat height to your desk or table. The 360° swivel function gives you full freedom of movement without having to move the stool.

Practical features for everyday use
The stable aluminium base with safety double castors is specially designed for carpeted floors and supports up to 110 kg. The castors are suitable for carpet - on hard floors, other castor types may perform better. Recommendation: use this stool for short sitting periods of up to 4 hours per day.
