What are foam boards and when do you use them?
Foam boards made of polystyrene with a paper coating are versatile materials for creative projects, model making and presentations. You use them when you need a lightweight yet rigid material that is easy to work with. Thanks to the matt surface, they are ideal for making mock-ups, displays or as a base for drawings.

Why choose this 3 mm thickness?
At 3 mm thick, you get sufficient rigidity without the material becoming too heavy. This size offers an optimal balance between stability and weight for model making, presentation boards and other creative applications.

High rigidity with clean cut edges
The polystyrene foam core provides high rigidity despite its light weight, so your boards won't bend while you work. An important feature is that you get clean cut edges when cutting and die-cutting, resulting in a professional finish. The 120 g/m² paper coating gives a matt finish that is suitable for various processes.

Practical tip for use
You receive 25 boards in one pack, which is good value for larger projects or classroom use. The boards are easy to work with using a Stanley knife or other cutting tools. Store the boards flat and dry to prevent warping, and place them on a level surface when cutting for the best results.
