This marker pad keeps your colours looking great on the paper thanks to its special coating, without bleeding through to the next page. Perfect for all your COPIC marker work, including a handy colour chart and storyboard template to get you started straight away.
When do you choose this product?
What is a marker pad and when do you use it?
This marker pad has been specially developed for working with alcohol-based COPIC markers. You need this paper when you create illustrations, manga drawings or professional designs and want to prevent the ink from bleeding through to the back. The extremely white paper ensures optimal colour reproduction for your creative projects.
Why this A4 size with 75 g/m² paper weight?
The A4 size offers enough space for detailed drawings and fits standard binders and folders. At 75 g/m², this paper has the ideal weight for marker work - heavy enough to prevent bleed-through, but not so heavy that it becomes awkward when drawing. The 50 sheets give you plenty of material for multiple projects.
Special coating prevents colour bleed-through
The main advantage of this paper is the special coating on the reverse side, which ensures that COPIC marker ink does not bleed through. This means you can use both sides of the sheet without colours running into each other. The chlorine-free bleached paper retains its white colour, which is essential for clear colour results.
Practical tip for manga artists
This pad comes with a colour chart and storyboard template, which is especially useful if you draw manga or comic stories. Keep the pad flat and dry to prevent curling. Please note that this paper is specifically suitable for all alcohol-based COPIC markers, but always test with other brands of markers first before starting your final drawing.
