What does a numbering stamp do?
A numbering stamp is used to print numbers quickly and uniformly on documents, invoices, parcel labels or other administrative papers. This saves time compared with writing number sequences by hand and gives your numbered documents a professional, legible look.

Why choose 6-digit numbers?
With six positions you can print numbers from 000001 to 999999, which is ideal for larger administrations, extensive invoice numbering, or when you need to number a wide range of documents. The 4 × 26 mm format ensures clearly legible digits that are not too large for standard document formats.

Durable construction for daily use
This Trodat numbering stamp has a nickel-plated metal housing that withstands intensive use. The plastic wheels with which you set the digits are easy to operate and keep turning smoothly, even after many settings. The plastic handle sits comfortably in your hand while stamping.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always turn the plastic wheels in the same direction to prevent wear, and make sure all digits are fully aligned before stamping. The nickel-plated metal frame protects the mechanism, but store the stamp in a dry place to extend its service life. For the best impression, use a separate stamp pad suitable for this type of stamp.
