What does this number stamp do?
A number stamp is used to quickly and consistently stamp numbers onto documents, invoices or other administrative papers. This trodat Professional 4.0 has 8 number wheels that you can set manually to the desired number. The self-inking system means you don't need a separate ink pad.

Why choose this 8-digit format?
With 8 digit positions you can stamp numbers up to 99.999.999, which is ideal for invoice numbers, order numbers or date stamping in DDMMJJJJ format. The Professional 4.0 model has a brushed stainless steel housing with a black handle, which provides a sturdy construction that withstands intensive office use.

What does the 5 mm character height mean?
The digits are printed 5 mm high, a clearly legible size for most documents that doesn't take up too much space. This print size stands out without being intrusive and is suitable for both handwritten and printed forms.

Practical compatibility and maintenance
For this model you need replacement ink pad type 6/56 when the ink runs out. The self-inking system lasts a long time, but eventually every pad needs replacing. When ordering a replacement, make sure to check for this specific pad type. The dimensions of 98 x 57 x 167 mm make this stamp compact enough for desk use but sturdy enough for frequent use.
