When do you need a date stamp with text?
This date stamp is ideal when you want to mark documents with both a date and the word "Geboekt". You mainly use it in administrative processes where you want to clearly indicate that invoices, receipts or other documents have been processed and posted in your accounts.

Why choose this format?
With an imprint size of 40 × 23 mm, this stamp offers enough room for both the text and the date, without taking up too much space on your documents. The format is compact enough for smaller documents, yet clearly legible for professional use.

How does the self-inking function work?
This stamp has a built-in ink pad that automatically supplies ink to the stamp plate. So you don't need to keep a separate ink pad. The text is printed in blue and the date in red, which creates a clear visual separation between the two elements. The date height of 4 mm ensures good legibility.

Practical maintenance tip
When the imprint becomes lighter, you can replace the ink pad with the correct replacement pad type 6/4750/2. This way you can keep using the stamp for a long time without having to buy a completely new one. Always store the stamp upright to keep ink distribution optimal.
