When do you use a date stamp with fixed text?
A date stamp with the text "ONTVANGEN OP" (RECEIVED ON) is indispensable for administrative processes where documents need to be marked with a receipt date. You use this type of stamp when processing incoming post, invoices, contracts or other important documents that require an official record of receipt.

Why choose this compact format?
With a print size of 5×25 mm, this stamp fits perfectly on documents without taking up much space. The type height of 3.8 mm ensures that both the text and the date remain easy to read, even on smaller documents or forms where precision matters.

Self-inking system with two-colour imprint
This stamp works entirely self-inking, which means you don't need a separate ink pad. The text "ONTVANGEN OP" appears in blue ink, while the date is printed in red ink. This colour combination makes the imprint professional and clearly distinguishable from other stamps.

Simple date setting via dial wheels
You set the date using practical dial wheels on the side of the stamp. This system makes it quick and easy to set the correct date every day. When the ink pad eventually dries out, you can replace it with the matching replacement pad type 6/4850/2.
