What does this date stamp do?
A date stamp is indispensable for office administration when you want to mark documents with a receipt notation. This Trodat Printy Dater 4850L automatically marks incoming post, invoices and other paperwork with "ONTVANGEN" plus the correct date. This makes it easy to keep track of when documents arrived and prevents confusion in your administration.

Why choose this compact format?
With a print size of 23×12 mm, this stamp fits perfectly on small documents, envelopes and invoice corners without taking up much space. The type height of 3.8 mm ensures that both the text "ONTVANGEN" and the date remain clearly legible, even on this compact format. This makes it ideal for offices that process many different document sizes.

Self-inking system with two colours
This date stamp works entirely self-inking, which means you don't need a separate ink pad. The text "ONTVANGEN" appears in blue, while the date is printed in red. This colour difference makes the information instantly recognisable and professional. The internal ink system delivers thousands of clear impressions without re-inking.

Simple date setting
You set the date using convenient adjustment wheels on the side of the stamp. Simply turn them to the desired day, month and year. For maintenance, use replacement pad 6/4850/2 when the ink runs out. Store the stamp upright to maintain the best ink distribution, and check regularly that the date is still current.
