When do you need a date stamp?
A date stamp is used to automatically provide documents with a received date and status. This is essential for administrative processes where you want to record when documents, invoices or correspondence arrive. The "ONTVANGEN" text makes it immediately clear that the document has been registered.

Why choose this 54×31 mm size?
With a print size of 54×31 mm, this stamp offers sufficient space for both the date and the text "ONTVANGEN". The type height of 4 mm ensures the stamp impression is easy to read without taking up too much space on your documents. This size is ideal for standard A4 documents and forms.

Self-inking system with two-colour impression
This stamp works entirely with a self-inking system, which means you don't need a separate ink pad. The blue and red ink colours make the stamp impression striking and professional. The stainless steel housing with plastic handle ensures durability under intensive use.

Practical maintenance tip
When the ink runs low, you can easily replace the stamp pad with replacement pad 6/56/2. The steel housing, measuring 98×57×167 mm, sits comfortably in the hand and is suitable for daily office use. Store the stamp upright to maintain the best performance of the ink system.
