Protect sensitive data with a single press. This self-inking privacy stamp makes passages of text instantly unreadable, without the mess of a pen or sealant. Quick, convenient and always within reach on your desk.
When do you choose this product?
What does a privacy stamp do?
A privacy stamp is used to make sensitive passages of text on documents illegible. Instead of crossing out or cutting out text, you stamp over it with a pattern of letters that completely obliterates the original text. This is essential for complying with privacy legislation and for handling confidential documents securely.
Why this compact 18×47 mm format?
With an impression size of 18×47 mm, this Trodat Printy 4912 is ideal for covering names, addresses, telephone numbers and other short sensitive details. The format is large enough to cover an average line of text in one go, yet compact enough to work precisely without stamping away unnecessary space.
Self-inking system for immediate use
This stamp works entirely self-inking thanks to the built-in black stamp pad. You don't need a separate ink pad - simply press the stamp onto the document and the ink is released automatically. The letter pattern on the text plate ensures that the underlying text is completely hidden.
Practical tip for long-term use
When the impression becomes lighter, you can replace the stamp pad with the Trodat replacement pad 6/4912. This replacement pad is specifically designed for this model and will keep your stamp in use for years. Store the stamp horizontally to maintain optimal ink distribution.
