When do you need a text stamp?
You use a text stamp to quickly and consistently apply the same text or marking to documents. In office work you regularly encounter situations where you need to mark documents to indicate that they have been checked and approved. This Trodat Office Printy stamp makes this process much more efficient than writing by hand.

Why choose this Office Printy 4.0 model?
The Office Printy 4.0 series is designed for intensive office use. The stamp works with a self-inking two-colour stamp pad (text red / image blue), so you don't need to buy separate ink. The text window shows the impression at original size, so you can see exactly what you are stamping.

What does the ECO version mean?
This stamp is made from 75% recycled material, which indicates environmentally friendly production. The grey housing gives the stamp a professional, neutral look that suits any office environment. The compact size (W)78 x (D)35 x (H)85 mm makes it easy to handle and store.

Practical tips for use
The anti-slip soft-touch grip cap ensures comfortable and secure stamping. The transparent positioning window helps you stamp in exactly the right place. When the stamp pad is worn out, you can replace it with the matching replacement pad (article 6/4912/2).
