When do you need a text stamp?
A text stamp is used to quickly and consistently apply recurring text to documents, invoices or correspondence. The Trodat Printy 4911 4.0 is ideal when you regularly need to stamp the same text without having a separate ink pad on hand each time.

Why choose this 37×14 mm size?
With an imprint size of 37×14 mm, this stamp offers enough space for multiple lines of text, such as an address, a signature substitute or a standard notice. The compact design fits comfortably in your hand and takes up little space on your desk, while still allowing up to 4 lines of text to be made.

The convenience of self-inking stamping
This stamp is self-inking, which means the black ink pad is already built into the stamp. There's no need to use a separate ink pad - one press and your text is neatly applied. This keeps your workspace clean and stops your hands getting messy from loose ink.

Practical tips for use
You will receive a voucher with which you can have your personal text plate made with exactly the text you need. Keep the old ink pad when you install a replacement pad (type 6/4911) - sometimes you can still use the old pad as a spare. The stamp measures 54×29×67 mm, so it fits easily in a desk drawer.
