When should you use an URGENT stamp?
You use an URGENT stamp to clearly mark documents, letters or forms as urgent. This prevents important post from ending up at the bottom of the pile and ensures that recipients can see at once which matters have priority. The stamp is indispensable for offices that handle a large volume of correspondence.

Why this compact 42 × 12 mm size?
At 42 × 12 mm, this stamp fits perfectly in small spaces such as letter corners, form fields or narrow margins. The size is large enough to be clearly visible, yet does not take up too much space on your documents. The text 'URGENT' comes across clearly and professionally.

Advantage of the self-inking system
Thanks to the self-inking mechanism, you don't need a separate ink pad. The red ink is already built into the stamp and ensures consistently clear impressions. You simply press and stamp straight away – no hassle with loose ink pads that can dry out or become dirty.

Sustainable choice with replaceable ink pad
This Trodat stamp is made up of 75% recycled material, which is good for the environment. When the ink runs out, you can easily replace the ink pad with a 6/4912 replacement pad. This means the stamp will last for years and you avoid unnecessary waste by throwing the entire product away.
