What is a word band stamp and when do you need one?
A word band stamp is indispensable for offices that process a lot of documents and want to indicate status clearly. You use this stamp to quickly and professionally show which stage a document is at, from arrival to completion. This prevents confusion and ensures that colleagues can immediately see what has happened to a document.

Why choose the 4 x 46 mm size?
This compact size fits perfectly on invoices, letters and other standard business documents without taking up much space. The 4 x 46 mm dimensions offer enough room for clearly legible text, yet are small enough to neatly place in a corner or margin of your document. The size is ideal for daily use on various types of paperwork.

Twelve predefined texts for complete administration
This stamp contains twelve commonly used office statuses: GESCANNT, PER E-MAIL, TELEFONIERT, EINGEGANGEN, BESTELLT, ERLEDIGT, GEBUCHT, BEZAHLT, BETRAG ERH., KONTROLLIERT, VERSENDET and FAKTURIERT. With these you cover all the important steps in your administrative process, from receipt to dispatch. You don't need to purchase separate stamps for different statuses.

Self-inking for immediate use
The Printy Dater 4817 is self-inking, which means you don't need a separate stamp pad. This makes stamping faster and prevents ink stains on your desk. The built-in ink supply delivers thousands of clear impressions before you need a new ink cartridge.
