When do you need a date stamp?
A date stamp allows you to quickly and consistently mark documents with the current date. This is indispensable for administrative processes, archiving paperwork or marking received post. With a self-inking variant, you don't need a separate stamp pad, so you work more efficiently.

Why choose this compact format?
With an impression size of 3,8 × 20 mm, this stamp is ideal for limited space on documents. The type height of 3,8 mm ensures clearly legible dates without taking up too much room. This size fits perfectly on invoices, letters or forms where little space is available.

Self-inking system for convenience
The built-in black stamp pad means you can stamp straight away without any preparation. You don't need to keep a separate ink pad or re-ink the stamp each time. The black pad produces clear, professional impressions suitable for business correspondence.

Practical maintenance tip
When the ink runs low, you can easily replace the stamp pad with a new one, reference number 6/4910. Keeping this spare part in stock prevents work interruptions. Store the stamp upright in a dry environment to maximise the lifespan of the ink pad.
