When do you choose this product?
When should you choose Tyvek gusset envelopes?
Tyvek gusset envelopes are specially designed for packing and shipping documents and other flat materials that need extra protection. The unique Tyvek material is tear-resistant and water-repellent, so your contents stay protected against moisture and mechanical damage during transport. These envelopes are ideal when ordinary paper envelopes do not offer sufficient protection.
Why the B4 format with a 20 mm depth?
With dimensions of 250 x 20 x 343 mm, these gusset envelopes are perfect for shipping A4 documents, brochures or other materials that need a little more room than a standard envelope offers. The 20 mm depth provides just the extra capacity for slightly thicker contents, without the envelope becoming too bulky for efficient handling and shipping.
Durability thanks to the tear-resistant material
The main advantage of Tyvek is its tear-resistance combined with water-repellency. This means the envelopes withstand rough handling during transport and your documents stay dry, even in damp conditions. In addition, the material is 100% recyclable, which contributes to sustainable business practices.
Practical tip for use
This pack contains 100 pieces, which is a practical stock for regular shippers. The Tyvek material folds and seals easily, much like ordinary envelopes, but offers significantly more protection. Thanks to the white surface, you can easily label or stamp them for direct dispatch.
