This is why Dex likes this article
This gel formula doesn't drip, so you work cleanly and precisely on vertical or porous surfaces. You can still make small adjustments shortly after gluing, and once cured the bond is water- and dishwasher-resistant.
When do you choose this product?
What does superglue gel do?
Superglue gel is specially developed for bonding porous and vertical surfaces where ordinary superglue would run off. The gel formula stays in place and gives you time to make small corrections before the glue fully cures.
Why choose the gel variant?
This superglue gel is non-drip, so you can apply it precisely without smearing or dripping. This makes it ideal for vertical surfaces such as wall fixings or upright objects. The gel consistency prevents the glue from sagging while it cures.
Waterproof and dishwasher-safe
A key advantage of this UHU superglue is that it is both water-resistant and dishwasher-safe. This means glued objects can withstand moisture and can even be washed in the dishwasher without the bond coming loose.
Practical tip for use
Because of the short working time in which you can still make corrections, it is useful to first position your workpieces dry. The 3 gram tube is packed on a blister, which benefits its shelf life. Be sure to test porous materials such as wood, cork or unglazed ceramic first in an inconspicuous spot.
