When do you need a gel pen?
A gel pen is the ideal choice when you are writing on smooth paper or when you want a smooth writing experience without having to press hard. The uni-ball SIGNO gel pen offers a reliable writing experience for everyday use.

Why choose the 0.5 mm line width?
The 0.5 mm tip produces a fine line that is perfect for detailed writing, taking notes and filling in forms. This width offers a good balance between legibility and precision, without your writing becoming too thin for everyday use.

Advantage of the transparent barrel
The transparent barrel lets you see the ink level, so you know exactly when the pen is nearly empty. This prevents unpleasant surprises during important moments of writing. The water-based ink also dries quickly, which minimises bleed-through to the other side of the paper.

Practical tip for using gel pens
Store the pen horizontally or with the tip pointing downwards to keep the best ink flow. Thanks to the quick-drying nature of the ink, you can rub over your text right after writing without smudging, which is handy when taking quick notes or for left-handed users.
