Lightweight safety shoe that keeps you comfortable all day on the shop floor. The breathable mesh lining and comfortable footbed provide pleasant cushioning, and the quick laces make putting them on and taking them off effortless.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need S1P safety shoes?
The uvex 1 G2 is an S1P safety shoe that protects you against puncture and falling objects in light working environments. This mid-height version offers extra stability around the ankle without losing the comfort of a low shoe. You need this type of shoe when you carry out work where sharp objects may be lying on the ground and where foot protection is legally required.
Why choose this mid-height variant?
The mid-height design combines flexibility with ankle support. Unlike low safety shoes, you get more stability, while still having the mobility that you lose with high work boots. This makes this shoe suitable for workplaces where you need to walk and stand a lot, but also need to remain agile.
Comfort thanks to thoughtful materials
The microvelours upper material ensures a pleasant fit that does not feel tight. The Distance-Mesh lining keeps your feet dry through good ventilation, while the perforated design allows for extra airflow. The comfort footbed supports your feet during long working days, and the excellent cushioning properties reduce fatigue in your feet and legs.
Practical details for daily use
This shoe is size 51 and runs in width 11, which suits average to slightly wider feet. The laces have a quick-lace system that speeds up putting on and taking off. Please note that this model is specifically designed for light applications - for heavy industrial environments you may need a higher safety classification.
