This is why Dex likes this article
This uvex safety helmet combines sturdy protection with a sporty, lightweight feel. The breathable cotton and mesh textile liner keeps your head cool, while the short peak offers just that little bit of extra shade.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a safety helmet with ventilation?
This uvex safety helmet is designed for workplaces where head protection is mandatory, but where comfort and ventilation are crucial. You choose this model when you need to work for long periods in environments where falling objects pose a risk, such as building sites, warehouses or industrial facilities where good air circulation is important.
Why this size and the short visor?
With size 55-59 cm, this helmet fits most head circumferences. The short 40 mm visor offers sufficient protection for your forehead and eyes without restricting your field of vision. This is ideal when you need to do precision work or manoeuvre in tight spaces where a longer visor would be in the way.
How does the ABS shell provide protection?
The hard outer shell made of ABS material forms the first line of defence against impact. ABS is known for its good balance between strength and weight, so your head is effectively protected without the helmet feeling unnecessarily heavy during long periods of wear.
Ventilation through a smart material combination
The textile liner combines cotton with mesh fabric, ensuring optimal airflow around your head. The cotton absorbs moisture, while the mesh material provides ventilation. This prevents overheating and makes long periods of wear more comfortable, especially during physically intensive work or in warm environments.
