Keep your Comfortline rotary cutter sharp with this 45 mm replacement rotary blade. Perfectly fitting your WEDO 78 9145 and neatly packaged in a handy storage box, so you can get back to cutting straight away.
When do you choose this product?
When should you replace a serrated blade in your rotary cutter?
A serrated blade becomes blunt after intensive use and then no longer cuts cleanly through paper, cardboard or other materials. You notice this because the blade starts to tear instead of cutting neatly, or because you have to apply more pressure. This replacement serrated blade ensures that your rotary cutter functions optimally again.
Why choose this exact 45 mm diameter?
This serrated blade has a diameter of 45 mm and is specially designed for the WEDO Rollmesser 78 9145. The exact fit ensures stable performance and safe use. An incorrect diameter can lead to vibration, inaccurate cutting or even damage to your rotary cutter.
Advantages of the serrated tooth profile
The serrated blade has a toothed profile that is particularly suitable for cutting soft materials such as fabric, paper and thin cardboard. The serrated teeth grip the material and prevent it from slipping while cutting, resulting in straight, clean cutting lines without frayed edges.
Practical storage and installation
The blade is supplied in a protective storage box on a blister card. This packaging protects the sharp teeth during transport and storage and prevents injuries. Always keep replacement blades in their original box and make sure your rotary cutter is switched off before you replace the blade.
