When do you need a left-handed children's scissors?
Left-handed children need different scissors from right-handed children. When cutting with ordinary scissors, left-handed children cannot see the cutting line properly and struggle to make a clean cut. This Westcott children's craft scissors is specially designed for left-handers, making cutting much easier and more precise.

Stainless steel blades with handy measuring marks
These scissors have stainless steel blades that stay sharp for a long time and are easy to clean. A particularly useful feature is the 5 centimetre measuring scale on the blade. This allows children to measure directly while cutting how much they want to cut off, without using a separate tape measure.

Practical tip for parents and teachers
When purchasing, make sure this is genuinely a left-handed scissors - it is not interchangeable with right-handed children. The coloured plastic handles in yellow and orange make the scissors easy to recognise among other school supplies. Keep the scissors dry to keep the stainless steel blades in optimal condition.
