This is why Dex likes this article
This sturdy 60 cm aluminium ruler has an anti-slip coating for precise work. The millimetre scale and bevelled edge make technical drawing much easier.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a 60 cm ruler?
An aluminium ruler of 600 mm is indispensable for technical drawings, architectural sketches and large-format projects where standard 30 cm rulers fall short. You mainly use this size when drawing floor plans, construction drawings or measuring long straight lines on large paper.
Why choose aluminium with a non-slip rubber strip?
Aluminium offers the perfect balance between durability and light weight for longer rulers. The non-slip rubber strip ensures the ruler stays put while you draw and does not slide across your work surface. This is especially important for precision work where every millimetre counts.
The benefits of an ink edge
This ruler has a one-sided ink edge, specially designed for use with fountain pens, fineliners and technical pens. This raised edge prevents ink from running under the ruler and smudging your drawing. The millimetre scale gives you the accuracy you need for technical work.
Practical storage tip for long rulers
Thanks to the blister packaging, you can store the ruler safely without damaging the scale. Always store a 60 cm ruler flat in a drawer or against a flat wall to prevent warping. Be careful not to damage the ink edge by stacking the ruler incorrectly with other materials.
