When do you need a GN transport lid?
This APS transport lid is specially designed for safely transporting food in GN 1/6 containers. You use it when you need to transport dishes without any liquid or contents spilling during movement. The lid prevents food from drying out and retains temperature better during short transports.

Why choose the GN 1/6 size?
The GN 1/6 size, measuring 176×162×30 mm, fits perfectly on standard gastronorm containers of the same size. This compact format is ideal for portioning side dishes, sauces or desserts. Thanks to the universal gastronorm dimensions, the lid fits seamlessly into professional kitchen systems and hot-holding equipment.

Leak-proof transport thanks to silicone seal
The red silicone seal ensures the lid closes completely leak-proof on the container. This allows you to transport liquids and sauces without worry, even when moved or tilted. The stainless steel offers durability and withstands daily intensive use in professional kitchens.

Important for use and maintenance
Please note that this lid is not suitable for use in the oven – use it for transport and storage only. The lid is fully dishwasher-safe, which makes maintenance easy. Check regularly that the red silicone seal is still firmly in place and replace it if necessary for optimal sealing.
